Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Exchanges must be made within 3 business days, after the order was received (verification will be confirmed with tracking information). Defective merchandise can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase (in-store) or 10 days from receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears to be intentionally damaged. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached (if applicable).
A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received and processed. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns made in the store, will also be given a store credit via store gift card.
